Ps5 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the ps5 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ps5 platform at https://ps5.wine, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the ps5 platform immediately. This platform is available only to individuals who have reached the legal age of majority under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction and who are legally permitted to use online entertainment services.
Ps5 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Creation and Security
To access the full suite of ps5 services, you are required to register a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. ps5 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login details.
You must notify ps5 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any other security breach. ps5 reserves the right to suspend any account suspected of being accessed without authorisation, for the protection of the user.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
- Using the platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes
- Providing accurate personal information during registration
- Reporting any technical issues or non-compliance to the support team
- Complying with all applicable betting limits and promotional terms
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
- Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt ps5 systems
- Sharing or transferring your account to another individual
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, collusion, or game manipulation
Violations of any of the above rules may result in permanent account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any existing balance, and legal action where warranted. ps5 reserves the right to take appropriate measures to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of other users.
4. Payments, Transactions, and Liability Limits
All financial transactions on the ps5 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ps5 supports a range of local payment methods including FPX, bank transfers, and supported e-wallets. All deposits are final once processed and credited to your account.
Withdrawals are subject to the verification process set by ps5. ps5 reserves the right to request identity verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal, to ensure transaction security and compliance with anti-fraud policies. Approved withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframe stated in the platform guidelines.
Ps5 is not liable for any financial losses arising from a user's betting decisions, transaction delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors, or service disruptions beyond ps5's reasonable control. ps5's total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Any disputes relating to a transaction must be reported within seven (7) days of the transaction date. Reports submitted after this period may not be processed.
5. Account Policy, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Account Suspension and Closure
Ps5 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, suspected fraud, or for any other reason at ps5's sole discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to a user's breach, any valid account balance will be refunded via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, trademarks, logos, software, and other materials on the ps5 platform are the exclusive property of ps5 or its respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ps5.
Third-Party Links
The ps5 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. ps5 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. You access these third-party sites at your own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Ps5 reserves the right to review and update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Users will be notified of any material changes via a notice posted on the platform or by email to the registered address. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from their use are subject to the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be interpreted to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining Terms & Conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
